As someone who seeks to find joy in even the most mundane moments in life, I have always chased moments that make me truly feel alive. I'm a lover of deep conversations, unplugged day trips, & noticing the little things. I grew up with a GoPro & Polaroid in hand, capturing these little moments so that I could reminisce on them once they’ve passed. When I was asked to film a wedding for a family friend, I realized I could capture one of life's most thrilling experiences - the raw, real story of life & love.
My husband and I met in high school when we formed a mental health awareness group that served as a platform for others to share their stories. Through this, my education to be a school counselor & our work in youth ministry, I passionately believe that everyone has a unique story worth telling. It's no surprise that my deep desire for authentic moments & original stories meshed together to form Living Proof Productions. That's my story, now it's about yours.
It’ll leave you wanting to relive the day every weekend for the rest of your life. My goal is to create a timeless & true film so that in 10, 20, 30 years from now you will feel the same emotions as you did on that sweet day that you said 'I do.' Getting to see & hear all of your favorite people celebrating your love again is absolutely priceless. Ultimately, your wedding video serves as an heirloom that tells a story of your love for generations to come.
Two years into filming weddings, I stumbled upon some VHS clips of my parent’s wedding. Just a few clips of their ceremony & reception, but enough for me to see, hear & feel the emotions as my parents & family that is no longer with us was moving, laughing, & living. This is what it’s all about—the living proof of your wedding day that future generations & decades of marriage can experience again as if no time had passed.
Your wedding day is a once-in-a-lifetime event that goes by all too quick.
Imagine how valuable it would be to find your own family's long-lost wedding film.
It’s footage that only grows in value as the years go by.
Cue the nostalgia.
